Retreat Slice ("we," "us," "our") operates a fractional hospitality investment platform, with our first asset, Tira, located in Udupi, Karnataka, India. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you interact with our website, request our investment deck, or speak with our concierge service.

• Voice call data: if you use our concierge service, we collect a transcript and summary of the conversation, along with any scheduling details you provide (preferred callback date/time)
• Technical data: standard web technical information such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically as part of normal website operation

We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools on this site. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

3. Why We Collect This Data

We use the information above only to:

• Send you the requested investment deck
• Respond to your questions about Tira and the Retreat Slice platform
• Schedule and conduct a personal callback if you request one

Your data is stored using the following service providers:

• Supabase (database hosting, servers located in Mumbai, India)
• Resend (email delivery service, for sending the deck and related communications)
• Vapi (voice call processing, for the concierge service)

These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are contractually/technically restricted from using your data for their own purposes.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, and to comply with any applicable legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. If you request deletion of your data, we will act on that request unless we have a legitimate legal reason to retain it.

• Correct inaccurate data
